Murayama Kate Udon Noodles are a traditional dish that has been eaten around the Musashi-Murayama area since 1835 (in the Edo Period). Cold noodles made from local wheat flour are very delicious when served with a soy sauce- and seafood-based dipping sauce and boiled local seasonal vegetables.
